Application Problems - Website Down? - Entrance Test on 18/5
There have been some queries from a few outstation students/parents saying they can't open the application form. We regret the inconvenience. Probably, these are teething troubles?
I am sorry to know that a few of you find the official site down/ are not able to fill-in online. But, be sure, as I key in this text for you (on 09 May at 10am), I can open the website and the admission application from Mangalore - 380 Km away from Bangalore! I am not sure, what goes wrong for a few of our aspirants! Sorry for the inconvenience.
One possibility: please try the same on a different browser.
Second possibility: Try from another computer or another home/office or another internet service provider.
In any case, if you are unable to access the application, kindly come to the College on Saturday 17/5/2014 or a day before, and the College will provide you all the facilities required to fill in the application and submit its hard copy. You won't be able to do this on Sunday - the day of Entrance Test. Hence, you need to come a day in advance.
1. Please ensure that you bring all your documents in the original and their photocopies - including soft copies of your passport size photographs.
2. You also need to get a DD for Rs 300/- addressed to the Principal, St Joseph's College, Bangalore; or if you are sufficiently in advance at SJC, you could make a DD in Bangalore, too.
3. In the meantime, you could call our SJC office and inform them of the problems - just in case they are not aware of your difficulties.
Remember:

What kind of entrance test is the BVC(Bachelor of visual communicatio)candidates to expect?
ReplyDeleteIt is a bit difficult to say what kind of test. Definitely not from the BVC Syllabus! A bit of general/ day-to-day visual communication related things, general awareness, etc I guess.
