Maja Drobac, a Croatian dancer, with her saha-shishye Chitra Arvind, enthralled the B.Voc. students with their workshop.

The three-hour workshop, which included demonstrations on aesthetics of dance and body movement, also ensure that the students get enough practice to be "physical", and practical tips on how to use body and movements in film and animation.
Maja, an avid admirer of Jan Fabre, spoke with absolute mastery over Indian classical, Western ballet, and contemporary dances, and very specially comparing and contrasting Indian with Western practices in depicting body, eros, and spirit in arts. She is also a trained film director.

As part of the workshop, Chitra Arvind also demonstrated three capsules of Bharata Natyam.
St Joseph's College has launched two Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) courses at Under Graduate level: Visual Media and Film Making and Digital Media and Animation.
